The experience
The Remastered Experience in Rotterdam is a digital art exhibition that allows visitors to immerse themselves in the works of Dutch Masters such as Jeroen Bosch and Van Gogh, featuring digital art, interactive elements, and state-of-the-art technology.
The event features a large space with 60 projectors, 50 loudspeakers, and 245 million pixels with a 20,000-pixel resolution, and is located on a terrace with a view of Rotterdam's skyline. Overall, it's a one-of-a-kind experience not to be missed.
Our Approach
We have produced a 35-minute animated film that guides visitors through a reimagined version of the works of legendary Dutch Masters. The film closely examines the paintings of Jeroen Bosch, Breugel, Rembrandt, Van Gogh and Mondrian, and explores new ways to bring their art to life.
We sought to honor the artistic signature of the painters by finding a unique angle to showcase their work, from the twisted figures of Jeroen Bosch to the swirling dotted brushstrokes of Van Gogh.
