KLM's IT recruitment campaign asks:
"Can your skills stand up to the test of fiction?"
In today's highly competitive tech landscape, finding new IT talent can be a challenging task. To connect with potential candidates on a more personal level, digital agency Kaliber developed a new recruitment campaign strategy.
This innovative approach also spotlights the daily challenges that KLM's Tech & Data department faces. To visually capture this unique blend of reality and fantasy, Woodwork created two animated trailers that are both striking and distinctive.
In search of captivating backdrops for our film, we took a stroll around the vicinity of our studio. Given that the video was set around Schiphol airport, near Amsterdam, we opted to feature the alien spacecraft flying over the city, passing by our studio's location for a more cohesive storyline.
Challenge
KLM aimed to highlight the unique and varied nature of their IT department's work. To ensure their readiness for all possible scenarios, they rely on Sentry, an AI decision assistance system that can handle even fictional situations, such as an extraterrestrial invasion.
CREATIVE PROCESS
We handled the entire process of creating the KLM trailers in-house, from the initial storyboarding and character creation, to the final touches in post-production. It was a truly enjoyable experience for us, as we were able to put our hearts into every aspect of the project. Ultimately, this opportunity allowed us to produce work that inspires us and motivates us to continue creating great content.CREDITS
