OV Chipcard

To introduce a new system in which students can convert their ov-chip cards into student ov-chip cards, production company m-time approached us to create an instructional video that was both playful and insightful.

Since the ov-chip company features a bright pink in most of their communication. We opted to use a bright colour palette and to emphasize the playful simplicity, we used paper craft in the design of all the sets.

Instead of the usual stop-motion technique associated with paper craft, we built sets that could be manipulated to open, close, and move around – to communicate a childlike simplicity, which the viewer then associates with the simplicity of the ov-chip system.
